the wall left of the window in the basement has a large stress crack and may be compromised. major water leak issues in the basement. if this water issue is not resolved the house might collapse. safety issue.

no insulation in the main living area and kitchen causing major inefficiency with the very old boiler system which is inefficient to begin with. likely undersized for the house. no ac. only 1 window in the house can accomodate a window unit. that window is also damaged and does not open or close properly.
problems. fireplace unsafe. and leaks water. utility pole unsafe. rotted. swamp cooler doesnt work right. constant leak. all wiring in the kitchen and living area is bad. undersized, incorrect routing, etc. fire hazard. incorrect grounding. shower leaks water. rotted out floor joists under bathroom. likely to collapse. unsafe.
